Review Eligibility

Reviews must reflect an authentic experience with our product and comply with the following guidelines:

  • The review must relate specifically to the product purchased.
  • The review must not include profanity, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
  • The review must not contain private information, including names, email addresses, order numbers, or payment details.
  • The review must not contain spam, promotional content, or unrelated material.

Moderation Standards

Our moderation team reviews submissions to ensure compliance with these standards. We may remove or withhold publication of a review if it:

  • Violates the criteria listed above;
  • Is suspected to be fraudulent (e.g., not tied to a verified purchase); or
  • Was requested to be withdrawn by the customer who wrote it.

We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative, critical, or mention dissatisfaction with the product itself.

Responses and Resolutions

When a review describes a negative experience, our customer service team may reach out directly to help resolve the issue. However, resolving a concern does not result in removal of the original review. If the customer later wishes to update or delete their review, they may do so voluntarily by contacting our support team.

We are committed to maintaining honest, authentic product feedback in compliance with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. §45b) and FTC guidelines on review transparency.

We reserve the right to moderate reviews for clarity, relevance, and compliance with our published guidelines. We confirm that we do not alter or remove reviews based solely upon sentiment or rating.
