At Obagi®, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our clinically tested skincare. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to supporting you with science-backed products and exceptional support.

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Obagi® product(s), you may request a free return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that this Return Policy applies only if you have purchased your product from Obagi.com.

Return Eligibility: 

We accept most returns, but the following items are not eligible. 

• Any returns requested more than 30 days after delivery 
• Sample products 
• Final Sale Items
• Shipping fees (non-refundable)
• Products purchased from skincare professionals or other retailers, or otherwise purchased outside of Obagi.com. Please contact the original point of purchase directly for their return policy. 

How to Return:

1. Click the return link above to request a return.
2. You’ll need your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you wish to return, choose a return reason, and provide any comments.
4. Receive a free prepaid UPS return label.
5. Drop off your return at an authorized UPD location within 7 days or the label will expire, and you'll need to start a new return request.

Once the returned item(s) are received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email, and pending review, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No. Items purchased in a skin care professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
