Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Just shop obagi.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order—it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay and the bag value must be above $100.00.
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on the obagi.com website. Afterpay cannot be used as a form of payment for purchases in any of our physician’s offices or PremiershopMD sites.
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in four installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may login to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Yes, your bag value must be above $100.00 to use Afterpay. Approval amounts may vary and are determined by Afterpay. Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or eGift Cards.

Obagi accepts PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, with United States billing and shipping addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on Obagi’s website (the “Site”) are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
All orders shipped from Obagi.com will be subject to sales tax. The amount of the sales tax will be calculated in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and order packing slip.
If you registered for an account on Obagi.com, you will be able to view all online orders placed within your Account Profile.
Orders placed on Obagi.com are limited to 5 units per product, with a maximum allowable purchase of $3,000 per order.

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered by UPS in approximately 3-5 business days, unless an expedited method of shipping was requested. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, please follow the process set forth above. Your order, or part of your order, may have been cancelled by our system for the following reasons:

Obagi cannot ship to address provided, freight forwarders, or address outside of the United States.
We experienced difficulties in processing your payment information. For example, you entered in a billing address or zip code that is not associated with that credit card.
You have not responded to emails sent regarding the following: declined credit card; incorrect billing information; verification of billing/shipping address.
You will receive an email notification if your order is cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. No. Items purchased in a skin care professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Tracking & Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 1-2 days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
*Please note that all orders generally take 1–2 business days to process provided that the items are in stock and your payment has been verified, although we do not guarantee that all orders will be processed within this time frame. We do not process orders during the weekends or on holidays. You should be aware that the shipping times listed above are in addition to the processing time.
Obagi strives to have all products listed on the Site in stock and available for sale at all times. However, there may be instances where a product becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and your order is processed. If that occurs, we will send you an email notifying you that the item(s) is out of stock and will give you the option to have us ship you all items in the order that are currently available, or cancel the order.
If you have registered for an account on the Site and your order totals $149 or more, Obagi will ship your order complimentary via UPS SurePost to the contiguous United States. (This excludes APO/FPO/PO/AK/HI as these locations are ONLY shipped through other shipment types) Obagi processes orders Monday–Friday (except for holidays) in the order in which they are received. UPS delivers Monday–Friday.
Yes, orders requesting to be shipped to an APO/FPO, or PO Box will ship via AIR PRIORITY. Only within the Domestic United States.
Obagi doesn't ship to forwarding addresses such as hotels. Orders shipped to hotels or other forwarding addresses are subject to cancellation.
