Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner specifically formulated for normal to oily skin, this alcohol-free, non-drying toner adjusts your skin’s pH without drying out your skin.

How To Use

  • Step 1: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.
  • Step 2: Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face.
  • Step 3: Allow the product to air dry completely; do not rinse off.


Storage

  • Keep out of direct sunlight.
  • Store at controlled room temperature 15°−25°C (59°−77°F).

    Two pumps of Obagi-C Balancing Toner covers my entire face and neck. It deep cleans my pores and leaves my face feeling soft to the touch. I use this in the morning and at night before going to bed.
