Brand Ambassador Jennifer Coleman Shares Her Experience With Obagi

Jennifer Coleman, one of our 2013 Obagi Brand Ambassador winners, has a true love and appreciation for proper skin care. Having battled acne-prone skin for years, she’s seen firsthand the beauty and confidence that can result from making skin care a priority.

Recently we asked Jennifer to share some of her thoughts with us. What she had to say is truly inspiring!

OBAGI: How did you feel when you found out you were chosen as a winner?

JENNIFER: When I found out, I was ecstatic—I couldn't believe it! I didn't want to tell anyone until they made the public announcement because I was still in disbelief. I am so excited!

OBAGI: What does being an Obagi Ambassador mean to you?

JENNIFER: It is an honor to represent an amazing brand like Obagi. My skin has made a remarkable transformation. Now, people tell me all of the time how beautiful my skin looks and I am always sure to tell them that Obagi got me there.

OBAGI: Which Obagi products do you use? And which products do you plan to claim as your prize?

JENNIFER: I currently use the Obagi Nu-Derm® System and I love it. I plan to restock my Nu-Derm products and I would also like to try the new Hydrate moisturizer.

OBAGI: Is there anything else you'd like to share with the Obagi community?

JENNIFER: Obagi has transformed my skin. When I had bad acne and hyperpigmentation, my self-esteem was really low and I was self-conscious. Obagi has helped restore my self-confidence. When you look great, you feel great!

OBAGI: What are some words of encouragement that you would want to share with other Obagi customers and fans who are just getting started with their transformation or are considering trying some products?

JENNIFER: I was nervous about starting the system as I had heard people say it was hard at first. [But] I would definitely recommend people try the products and don't get discouraged if they irritate your skin at first—it’s your skin going through the transformation! Make sure to seek guidance from your dermatologist if you have any questions or reactions.
