Why Beauty Blogger Nicole Has Switched to Obagi360 — for Good.
When Nicole Marie Melton came to us raving about her experience with our Obagi360® System, we knew that her enthusiasm was too contagious not to share. She describes herself as very particular about how she cares for her skin, but has “nothing but great things to say” about Obagi360. What better reason than that to feature Nicole as our latest guest blogger!
Name: Nicole Marie Melton
Profession: Beauty Blogger
Location: Washington, DC
Obagi Skin Care Regimen: Obagi360 System
Primary Skin Concern: Blemishes and skin tone
When it comes to skincare, I must admit: I am very picky with what I use on my face, and recently, I had been struggling with occasional breakouts and the fact that my skin tone wasn’t great. I started using the Obagi360 System about 5 weeks ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about this skin care set!
The set comes with an Exfoliating Cleanser, Retinol 0.5 Serum and the HydraFactor SPF 30 Moisturizer. Here’s why I LOVE each product:
Exfoliating Cleanser: This cleanser is one of the best I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried A LOT of skin care products). I love it because the gentle beads serve as a pick-me-up during a nice, hot shower in the morning. But it’s great at night, too, because the beads are excellent at helping me get rid of all my makeup. Best of all, it’s formulated for all skin types. My skin tends to be oily in the T-zone and dry under my eyes, but this cleanser has really seemed to balance my skin out.*
Retinol 0.5%: Oh, how I LOVE this product! I’ve been using this 3-step system for a full 5 weeks now, so I can honestly say that I see real results at how radiant my evenly-toned skin looks now. I really love the applicator bottle this comes in, which dispenses just the right pearl-sized amount to be used only in the evenings.
HydraFactor Broad Spectrum SPF 30: Wow. I loved everything about this moisturizer! It’s lightweight, but hydrating. It’s also non-greasy, but gives me the perfect glow. Best of all, it provides broad-spectrum SPF 30 protection, which does not leave that dreaded white film on my skin that I’ve experienced with using some other sunscreens.
Overall, I have truly enjoyed using this system, and will be adding it to my daytime routine. I’ve used products that my dermatologist has recommended in the past, but now I will be switching over to the Obagi360 System for good.
It’s a little pricier at around $140 for the set, but it’s certainly worth it. I would pay top dollar to help keep my skin looking smooth and even! Each item in the Obagi360 set comes in a large size. I’m only halfway through my bottles after 5 weeks, so I’m sure I can make it to 12 weeks with this set. When you think about it like that, the average cost equals out to about $12 per week. Totally worth every penny!
