This individual works with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, IT, and Finance teams to plan various strategies and subsequent execution. Business Operations Manager
This position reports directly to the OPO Site Director. This position is focused on taking a leadership role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results, developing best practices, and mentoring others to higher proficiency levels. In this role, one will be responsible for the hiring, training and retention of qualified, capable, and motivated employees. One will assist in the management and develop of the team and instill a strong team environment; lead by example. Ultimately, this role will ensures quality completion of the resulting tasks either as an individual contributor and/or as the leader of a project team.

Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for applying intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering and project management principles and practices in broad areas of assignments pertaining to Obagi’s Product Development and Quality project portfolio. This individual will work closely with team members to direct and coordinate the planning, organization, integration and completion of projects (projects that focus on by not limited to: Quality Issues (packaging, formulation, etc.), Technology Transfer (scale-up, equipment installation, etc.) and Product Enhancements (repackaging, reformulations, etc.). The main role is to ensure that all assigned programs are delivered on time, on quality, and on budget.

Material Handler
This position is responsible for the movement of material within a warehouse or storage facility including loading and unloading utilizing hand trucks, fork lifts, hoists, pallet jacks or other handling equipment. This position will also be required to perform replenishment, pick, pack and shipment of orders to customers.
