Job Summary Sells products to physicians and physician representatives over the telephone by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
Manages daily outbound sales calls to existing accounts
Maintains customer accounts to ensure growth
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
Coordinates customer training
Builds and maintains customer relationships.
Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Support and deliver sales promotions to customers
Education and/or Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent on-the-job experience to include inside sales or sales related experience. Minimum of 4-years related experience. Cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical or medical industry experiences a plus.Computer Skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Other Skills Must have strong communication skills, be highly organized and self-motivated. Must have the ability to make decisions using available information and resources. Ambitious self-starter with the desire to be a part of a growing organization.
