LONG BEACH, Calif., July 25, 2006– Obagi Medical Products, Inc. (Obagi), the
market leader in specialty skin health systems, announced today that Rick
Kozloski has agreed to join the company as Executive Director, Therapeutic
Dermatology Division, reporting to President and CEO, Steve Carlson. In this
role, Mr. Kozloski will provide strategic direction for the execution of Obagi’s
expansive development programs, focused on strengthening the company’s position
in treating major skin diseases and disorders.
“Mr. Kozloski brings years of insight and a wealth of knowledge in the
dermatology and medical aesthetics markets” said Carlson. “His skills are well
suited to creating and executing new strategies and opportunities that support
our Penetrating Therapeutics™ technologies with science based clinical
studies.”

Mr. Kozloski joins Obagi with over 15 years of experience at Allergan, Inc.
(NYSE: AGN), where he held a variety of sales, marketing and strategic
management positions. During his tenure at Allergan, he developed highly
successful strategic marketing campaigns for Allergan’s dermatology and medical
aesthetics products including BOTOX® and Tazorac®. Mr. Kozloski received his BS
in Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
