Master Data, EDI and SharePoint Systems Manager - Long Beach, CA
This position will require interaction between all Internal Business Partners to help maintain and support the current Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP System (data integrity and performance efficiency), and all existing and potential new applications that integrate with NAV. This position requires for the selected candidate to have the ability to translate business needs into system integration. This person will be the liaison for all EDI interdepartmental interactions.

Practice Development Specialist - Full Time in Long Beach California
Sells products to physicians and physician representatives over the telephone by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services. Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. Manages daily outbound sales calls to existing accounts Maintains customer accounts to ensure growth Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers. Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Coordinates customer training Builds and maintains customer relationships. Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date. Support and deliver sales promotions to customers

Sales Representative, Medical Aesthetics -
Sells Obagi products to physicians and physician representatives in a given territory by performing the following duties: Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Assists physician office in growing the practice through marketing promotions and educational seminars Overcomes technical and business objections of existing and prospective customers. Provides product demos to qualified customers Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules. Coordinates and conducts customer training. Builds and maintains customer relationships. Prepares reports of business transactions. Travels to and attends trade shows. Meets or succeeds quarterly sales goals and contests Candidates must demonstrate exceptional selling skills and have extraordinary communication and follow-up skills. Position requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, public speaking confidence, presentation skills, event planning skills and computer skills.
